Some images from a wonderful chipper van in Kingston, Ontario.

In another recent trip to Ontario I went to the newly redesigned and reopened Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO). Frank Gehry's design, despite the huge costs and problems, is absolutely incredible. It makes the AGO a world-class museum that all will enjoy visiting. I particularly enjoyed the two side by side Alex Colvilles: two paintings of his wife, done 33 years apart. As well I loved Montrealer David Altmejd's large sculpture "The Index". Lastly an old favourite of mine: The Henry Moore room. This space wasn't changed in the redesign and I am happy for that, it is so well laid out the way that it is.
